At the WoFa, you’re not just staying – you’re living.
Our charming single apartments offer everything you need for longer stays starting from one month: a small kitchen, a private bathroom, and your own WC. If you prefer to stay without a kitchen, our single rooms with private bathroom and WC are the perfect alternative.
Whether you’re a project worker, on a business trip, or a company looking for a long-term solution for your team – the Wohnfakturei combines the independence of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel.

If you like, you can simply add extra services – completely flexibly. As a guest of the Wohnfakturei, you can enjoy breakfast, cleaning service, the swimming pool, or the wellness area at the neighboring Hotel Alpenhof. Dafür gibt’s attraktive Zusatzpakete zur Auswahl.
In the evening, you might head to the restaurant Zum Schnürschuh or enjoy a coffee by the cozy fireplace in the reception area of the Alpenhof.
And the green courtyard with its garden? It’s part of our Patchworkhotels ensemble – the Gasthaus Gästekiste, the Wohnfakturei, and Hotel Alpenhof – and is open to all our guests.
Check-in
For check-in, please go to the main reception of the Patchworkhotels. You’ll find it in the building of the Ringhotel Alpenhof – the tall building on the premises. Coming from the Wohnfakturei, just walk across the parking area, go through the sliding door, and then turn left. That’s where you’ll find the reception.
The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 10 PM, and on Sundays from 7 AM to 3 PM.
