10. Telephone Inquiries and AI-Based Call Handling

To handle incoming phone calls, we use an AI-based voice system. It answers calls, asks for the reason for your call, and creates a short summary of the conversation, which is then forwarded via email to our internal address.

Purposes: Receiving and processing inquiries, preparing reservations and offers, and forwarding information to the relevant departments.

Storage duration: Summaries of conversations are retained only as long as necessary for processing. No audio recordings are stored.
