Yes, parking is available directly in front of the house. You’re welcome to book a space for a small extra charge.
Is it possible to have breakfast at the Wohnfakturei?
Natürlich können Sie bei uns auch frühstücken. Unser Buffet wird täglich im Restaurant “Zum Schnürschuh” aufgebaut. Diesen Service können Sie zu Ihrem Zimmer hinzubuchen.
Is Wi-Fi available at the Wohnfakturei?
Yes, the Wi-Fi is provided by our big brother, the Alpenhof, and can be used free of charge.
How can I reach the city from the Wohnfakturei?
Wir würden empfehlen, das Auto bei uns stehen zu lassen und mit der Tram, oder Straßenbahn, wie sie bei uns heißt, zu fahren. Sie steigen nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt, an der Haltestelle “Alpenhof” in die Linie 4, Richtung City und fahren bis zum Königsplatz. Umgekehrt geht’s genauso.
Is there a Fitness room at the Wohnfakturei?
There is no fitness room in the Gästekiste itself. However, our larger neighbor – the Alpenhof – has a fitness room that Gästekiste guests are welcome to use free of charge at any time.
If I have a room at the Wohnfakturei, can I also use the swimming pool?
Yes, you can use the swimming pool for a small additional fee. Please note: the pool is not included in the standard room rate. You’ll find all further information on the homepage under “Optional Services”.
Can I enjoy a coffee in the Alpenhof lobby as a guest of the Wohnfakturei?
Natürlich können Sie das – sehr gerne sogar! Nehmen Sie gerne einen Drink an der Feuerstelle, so nennt sich die Lobby im Alpenhof. Zu Rezeptionszeiten bringen Ihnen die KollegInnen gerne, was immer sie möchten.
Where do I check in if I'm staying at the Wohnfakturei?
Sie checken bitte an der Rezeption des Ringhotels Alpenhof ein. Der Eingang ist einmal über den Parkplatz, durch die Schiebetür in das hohe Gebäude hinein. Einmal drin gehen Sie nach links, dort finden Sie dann die Rezeption, die für den Alpenhof, die Gästekiste und die Wohnfakturei zuständig ist. Die Rezeptionszeiten sind: Montag bis Samstag 7 bis 22 Uhr, Sonntag 7 bis 15 Uhr.
Are pets allowed in the Wohnfakturei?
No, pets are not allowed in the Wohnfakturei — including dogs.
Are discounted public transport tickets available at the hotel?
Yes of course. An der Rezeption im Alpenhof, können Sie sogenannte Hoteltickets erwerben. Damit fahren Sie 2 Tage lang vergünstigt mit dem Augsburger ÖPNV. Zudem erhalten Sie zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B. Museen, vergünstigten Eintritt.

It’s best to pay directly at check-in. Sie können vor ab überweisen oder in bar oder mit Karte direkt bei Check-In bezahlen.
